Every setting works differently, so your Otii should too.
You might not need a hub yet, a tab might not suit how your setting runs, or your team might handle a workflow another way. Switch off what isn’t for you, and your team sees only what helps them in the day.

Invite your team, give each person the access they need, and decide what can be opened when someone signs in away from your network or outside opening hours. Someone without an account can be sent a link to fill in only the forms you choose.
